Hello! I’m Maddie, a dedicated automotive detailer based in Milton, ON. With over 13 years of experience in the automotive industry, I have committed my career to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining your second-largest investment—your vehicle. Outside of work, I’m a proud mother of two boys, Wyatt (8) and Emmett (2), who keep me active and fulfilled. ​ I grew up in Mississauga, where I began my journey in the automotive industry as a Lube Tech in 2011. Interacting with customers was a transformative experience for me; I quickly realized that building relationships and ensuring client satisfaction were the aspects of the job I cherished most. It was rewarding to see customers leave happy after their oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid replacements. ​ In late 2015, I made the move from Mississauga to rural Milton and started a part-time business detailing cars. I conducted the legwork, traveling door-to-door to introduce myself to several dealerships in the Milton area. In 2017, with the arrival of my oldest son, Wyatt, I enjoyed the precious time spent on maternity leave. However, I missed the customer interaction that had always invigorated me. Upon returning from leave, I made the pivotal decision to turn my detailing venture into a full-time career. My mother helped to inspire the name “Mad Details” for my business. ​ Throughout my professional journey, I have had the privilege of collaborating with several dealerships across Milton, Burlington, and Oakville. I specialize in restoring vehicles from poor condition to showroom quality, enabling these dealerships to offer their clients exceptional products. When I’m not working, I love spending quality time with Wyatt and Emmett. Whether we’re enjoying the great outdoors or exploring the mall on a rainy day, I value these moments with my boys. ​ As I continue this exciting journey with Mad Details, my goal is to consistently deliver outstanding customer service and results for you and your vehicle.
