Welcome to Mad Details! By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please do not book.
Service Descriptions
Mad Details provides a range of automotive detailing and quick lube services including but not limited to exterior Wash, waxing, interior cleaning, on rim tire changes, windshield replacement, window tint and paint protection film (PPF). Detailed descriptions of our services can be found on our website.
Payment Terms
Payment for services must be made at the time of booking (deposit) and in full upon completion of the service, as specified by our payment options. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, and any additional services requested on-site will incur extra charges, which must be agreed upon beforehand.
Cancellation and Refund Policies
Customers may cancel their bookings with at least 48 hour notice for a full refund of deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of the total deposit amount. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Liability Limitations
Mad Details is fully insured for accidental damages or collision that may occur while in possession of the vehicle. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mad Details shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services outside the coverage of this insurance. Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings and valuables from their vehicles prior to service. Mad Details is not Responsible for any damage to items left inside the vehicles.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their vehicles and must disclose any specific damage or issues prior to service. Customers must ensure that their vehicles are accessible and in a condition suitable for detailing. Failure to meet these requirements may result in delays or additional charges.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from these terms or the services provided, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be subject to mediation before any legal proceedings are initiated.
Changes to Terms
Mad Details reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
